Contributions to King Kong Magazine

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Germany.
Shipping
DELIVERY TIMES
Up to 21 business days for European Union
Up to 30 business days for international delivery or outside the European Union
Delivery times should be used as a guide only and commence from the day of dispatch. King Kong is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Please note shipping for King Kong issue 17 will start from mid April 2024.
FAILED DELIVERY
King Kong cannot be held responsible for delivery errors due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the execution of the purchase order by the User, nor for any damages or delays after handover to the carrier if the latter is arranged by the User.
If the goods are not received or collected at the time or within the deadline specified, the goods will be returned to the King Kong, who will contact the User to schedule a second delivery attempt or to agree on the future course of action.
Unless otherwise agreed, any delivery attempt starting from the second shall be at the User’s expense.
ORDER TRACKING
When your order is dispatched we’ll send you an email with your tracking details so you can follow its journey. If for any reason you don’t receive this, please email us at hello@kingkongmagazine.com and we’ll update you on your order’s progress.
